Season Presenting Sponsor Package Cost: $10,000.00 

The presenting sponsor package is our top-level sponsorship opportunity providing your company with recognition over the entire polo season.  Our Season Presenting Sponsor will be referred to as: The Maryland Polo Club presented by “Your Company”. No other direct competitor of your company will be invited to sponsor at Maryland Polo Club during your company’s tenure as our presenting sponsor. The package also delivers the following:

Brand Awareness

• 1 full page 4-color ad in our season program (artwork supplied by sponsor).
• Sponsor will receive prominently placed logo on our awards banner and announcer stand.
• Sponsor will receive one field-side banner displayed throughout the season.
• Sponsor will receive halftime announcements during each Friday and Sunday match throughout the season.
• We will place your logo and brief company profile with a link on our Maryland Polo Club website.
•  Promotion and logo on all of our social media pages.

Presentation Opportunities

You will have the opportunity to present winning and runner-up trophies during one of the season’s tournament final. This also includes presenting the MVP and Best Playing Pony awards. If you would like, your company can provide logoed items or trophies to be used as awards. Photo opportunities will be available during the trophy ceremony and later posted online in our news section and on social media. You will also have the opportunity to throw in the game ball and do the coin toss for this tournament final.

Field Side Entertaining

During your tournament final your will have access to the VIP tent that can accommodate 50-75 people. You are responsible for bringing tables and chairs and any catering arrangements that you would like.  Maryland Polo will provide pre-game demonstrations and explanations of the game and its rules for your attending guests to maximize their enjoyment of the game.

In addition, our presenting sponsor shall receive a reserved parking space on the sideline and a VIP section on the hill. In addition, there is free off-field parking for your guests the night of your event and when invited to the VIP section.

Gold Sponsor Package Cost: $5,000.00 
Maryland Polo Club offers the opportunity for two companies to join us at the Gold Sponsor level. This sponsorship is a season sponsorship of either the Friday or the Sunday matches throughout the season.  The package also delivers the following:

Brand Awareness

• 1/2 page 4-color ad in our season program (artwork supplied by sponsor).
• Sponsors will receive prominently placed logo on the announcer stands
• Sponsor will receive halftime announcements during the Friday or Sunday match throughout the season.
• We will place your logo with a link on our Maryland Polo Club website.
• Promotion and logo on our social media platforms with an audience of 3000+

Field Side Entertaining

Our Gold Sponsor shall receive one parking spot for company entertaining  throughout the season in addition to free off-field parking for your guests.

Tournament Sponsor Package Cost: $2,500.00 

Our Tournament Sponsor will have presenting rights to a tournament of their choice, first come, first served. Maryland Polo Club holds several USPA sanctioned tournaments of various goal rankings (the level of the play) that you can choose. Additionally, our tournament sponsor will present trophies to the winning teams and are more than welcome to provide other awards if desired. A ticket package of 5 tickets for your attending guests will also be made available. Due to limited space, we will ask that your guests park in the overflow section and walk to your reserved space for the night.

• Promoted as tournament sponsor as part of MPC tournament advertising.
• Field-side banner placement.
• Public address announcements of tournament sponsorship.

Not only will this sponsorship go directly to the improvement of our arena, but it also includes multiple banner opportunities, private event hosting, social media advertising, and tournament presentation benefits to all tournaments held in the arena this season.

For the first time ever, we will be offering VIP sections on the hill opposite the announcer stand. The view from the hillis incredible and it elevates the viewing experiencing to something entirely different. These boxes start at $1500 but are priced individually based on desired size and expected number of regular guests.
